Duta Pertiwi History Overview
We started our real estate business in 1987 by developing a commercial area at Jakarta. The success of these projects in Jakarta and the surrounding areas drove the company to expand in Greater Jakarta and other major cities in Indonesia, including Surabaya and Balikpapan.

Topping off Aerium Apartment located in Jakarta.
Commenced development of third industrial estate.

Signing of agreement with Kawan Lama Group to build a mall project at Grand Wisata, Bekasi.
2018
Started to develop the South Gate Apartment in South Jakarta.
Commenced operations of Rooms Inc. Hotel.

2013
The strategic alliance between Sinar Mas Land and Hongkong Land in developing Nava Park, BSD City Project. In 2013 Sinar Mas Land also developing AEON Mall BSD and AEON Kota Delta mas with AEON Mall Indonesia.
